ANAND VERDHAN MAITREYA
He has a vast experience of more than eighteen years of independent practice in almost all the courts of law and tribunals in National Capital of India as well as in the other States of India. He specialized in a wide range of legal domain. He has been practicing in all areas of law which include but not limited to Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Matrimonial, Arbitration, Writ, Contempt and Civil (Original as well as Appellate Jurisdiction), Consumer Disputes, etc. From drafting all kinds of petitions and pleadings including suits for partition and declaration, complaints under section 156(3) & 200 Cr.P.C, complaints under Negotiable Instruments Act, Matrimonial cases etc., he has been appearing and arguing in matters before all forums/commissions/Courts including District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court and various Tribunals.
Currently he is a certified Mediator of DDRS (Delhi Dispute Resolution Society) – A Delhi Government initiative and also empaneled with the State Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission as a Mediator.
In addition to this, presently he is also empaneled with Delhi Development Authority, Delhi Legal Services Authority (DLSA) for Special Court like CBI Court, PC Act Court, POCSO Act Court, Electricity Court and MCD Tribunal etc.
He was earlier associated with Grasim Industries Ltd., ABMVS (Akhil Bhartiya Madesiy Vaish Sabha) and CSSOS (Central Secretariat Services Officers Society) as legal advisor and also Ex-Auctioneer at Mannapuram Finance Ltd.
He also worked as an Arbitrator of Axis Bank, where he resolved a number of cases successfully.
He is a seasoned advocate with an extensive legal career.
He works with the Litigation team and has been appearing before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and Commissions and represented clients primarily in disputes of Civil and Criminal nature.
He also does legal research on the topics which evolve from the cases assigned to him and also keep abreast of recent legal developments which enhance his legal knowledge and help him achieve the targets assigned to him.
He also deals with the clients by giving them a satisfactory legal opinion in resolving their issues. Besides this, he also worked as a Legal Consultant at the Central Information Commission, New Delhi for almost ten years where he extensively worked on cases related to the Right to Information Act, 2005. In addition to this, he is also an empaneled lawyer of Punjab National Bank, Delhi.

VASEEM KHAN
He is a young and passionate lawyer. He started taking interest in legal matters while pursuing his law degree. Having started his legal career from the District Courts, Delhi and District Courts, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, he basically deals with Criminal laws and Matrimonial laws in District Courts, he also works at the High Court of Delhi dealing into all types of cases.
In the small but effective span of last five years of his legal career after his registration with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2018, he has made a conspicuous place between senior as well as junior lawyers working in Delhi & National Capital Region areas. He specialized in Muslim Laws.
He effectively deals with the cases related to the offences against women and Senior Citizens. He deals all types of matrimonial cases viz. maintenance, domestic violence and divorce and all the proceedings before the Executive Magistrates.
In addition, thereto, he actively participates in the drafting of suits for partition, recovery, execution petitions, and complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Wills and Probate and Sale deeds and all types of documentations and many more.
Mr. Devansh Bhardwaj is an Advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, and also possesses ROLE ON ADVOCATE (ROA) (Mandatory for practicing before Hon’ble Allahabad High Court.
Mr. Bhardwaj is practicing before the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Courts, Armed Forces Tribunal, Family Court, Cooperative Societies Tribunal, State Government, and various other subordinate Courts and Tribunals in Utter Pradesh.
Since his enrollment, he has been representing various clients both Corporations and also individual Clients before the Hon’ble High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, State Consumer Forum, Armed Forces Tribunal, Family Court, Cooperative Society Tribunal, State Government, and various other subordinate Courts and Tribunals in Uttar Pradesh.
Mr. Bhardwaj is the Legal Advisor to M/s. GOBIND SUGAR MILLS LTD., M/s. ANRANYA TRAVELS PVT. LTD., and M/s. IN3CORP INC. (A U.S.-based software and supply Chain Management Company, working in India as INCISIVE INFOCOM PVT. LTD.)
Mr. Bhardwaj is also on the Advisory Board for the UTTAR PRADESH SUGAR MILLS ASSOCIATION (LEGAL SUB-COMMITTEE).
